Whangarei Boys’ High School Bucket Hat is manufactured from mid weight brushed cotton twill. It is embroidered in gold. The black bucket has small holes in the top of each panel therefore allowing air flow.

Although the black bucket hat can be worn by all students in Terms 1 and 4 they do not however replace the use of sunscreen as the hats do not protect all of your child’s exposed skin so the use of sunscreen is always recommended.

Whangarei Boys’ High Black Cap is made from black brushed heavy cotton.  It is a structured low profile cap most importantly with the school logo embroidered on the back in the schools gold yarn.

Whangarei Boys High School elastic shorts are created from 240gsm pre shrunk grey poly/drill, therefore they are extremely hard wearing. The shorts have a fully elasticated waist , with two open side pockets.

Whangarei Boys High School regulation grey side TAB shorts have a comfortable fit because of the side adjustment. Made from poly/cotton drill, they are hard wearing and cost effective.

Whangarei Boys’ High School Jacket has a nylon ottoman shower proof outer shell and is lined with self coloured anti-pill polar fleece.  It is a classic fit with full front zip and has an external storm flap.  The jacket has the school logo embroidered on the left front in the schools gold thread. 

The Whangarei Boys’ High School jersey is manufactured in New Zealand specifically for the school in 80% wool  and 20% nylon and we have been told it has not changed in years.  The jerseys have good length and the school logo is embroidered in traditional gold on the left chest.

Whangarei Boys’ High School PE T-Shirt are made from 190gm ring spun jersey knit cotton for comfort with an elastane rib crew neck.  The self-fabric tape on the inside of the neck and shoulders therefore improving the stability of the garment. All seams are twin stitched with vertical side seams to minimize twist in the t-shirts body.

This short sleeved white shirt is made from 65% polyester and 53% cotton poplin. It is a classic fit with 2 piece collar and collar stays for comfort when wearing a tie.  The short sleeve shirt features a double back yoke with two inverted pleats and has a curved hem with traditional back tail.  It also has a front chest pocket.

Whangarei Boys’ High School Socks are regulation and are made for the school market from merino wool /nylon/elastane for strength. They are anti itch and anti odour making them extremely comfortable.
